Air Max 270 Dusty Cactus

Launched as part of the Air Max Day celebration March 2018 this exclusive new silhouette borrows an OG colour scheme which works surprisingly well on this contemporary product. Reminiscent of the first Air Max 93 the popular colour combination was a rather fitting choice for the Air Max 270 Dusty Cactus considering that Tinker Hatfield's Air Max 93 was initially slated to be called the 'Air Max 270' based on the configuration of the Max Air bag, and so this product exists now as a nod to one of its ancestors. The modern evolution of Air Max 270 is characterised by a chunky Vapormax Unit which is planted in the heel. On this pair, a completely translucent bubble showcases a turquoise colourway underneath. It’s that vibrant shade which is synonymous with the ‘Dusty Cactus’ colourway. A mesh crafted upper brings even more comfort with perforated sections that promote breathability. Synthetic welded overlays add some durable protection from the elements, and that rising profile at the ankle gives a cutting-edge aesthetic. This drop is inspired by former products but by no means a rehash, this kick is without a doubt a stand-alone hit, and is set to take over in 2018.
