The playfully named Nike Air Max Plus Kiss My Airs is the latest from the Beaverton brand renowned Kiss My Airs series that continually makes a statement in the streetwear space. Originally designed as a running shoe by Sean McDowell in 1988 the Air Max Plus has since become a streetwear phenomenon having been adopted by a more urban dwelling subsection of sneakerheads. Ultra-breathable mesh in grey dresses almost the entirety of the shoe upper beneath the shoe's iconic wavy TPU cage-like overlays. While a mini gold Swoosh adorns the side for a much-needed pop of contrast. As to be expected a three-part Tuned Air unit hued in blue provides both comfort and cushioning underfoot, finished by the watermark of the collection, a small Kiss My Airs slogan tag stitched just below the collar.
