The creamy yellow fabric upper gives a fresh and playful feel, especially when offset against the bubblegum pink laces wrapped over the top of the sneaker in true Pharrell design. The sleek fabric upper of the NMD Human Race Trail Cream x Pharrell x N.E.R.D is complete with Chinese writing along the front of one sneaker, while the other is embossed with N.E.R.D lettering instead. The side of the sneaker reveals a soft beige cage adornment connecting the laces, which moves into matching brown rubber mudguards over a white speckled rubber midsole.
